Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your FITNAI Smart Glasses, contact us within 30 days of delivery at fitnannna@gmail.com. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
